Ali Amir, artiste maroco-américain est le fondateur du groupe multiethnique "Morockin" qui anime depuis 1998 le pavillon du Maroc au monde magique de Walt Disney en Floride.

Soliste du violon et du luth et vocaliste, Amir est un artiste polyvalent qui excelle dans tous les genres de musique. Son talent lui a valu d’être le premier artiste arabe auquel le magazine "International Musician USA & Canada" a consacré un article dans sa livraison d’octobre 2007

Natif de Meknès en 1965, Amir s’inscrit très tôt au conservatoire de la capitale ismaélienne pour étudier le solfège et apprendre à jouer du violon sous la direction des maîtres de la musique moderne, andalouse et du Malhoun. Il a participé à de nombreux festivals internationaux aux Etats Unis et a enregistré pour des géants de l’industrie musicale comme Sony, Warner Brothers et Disney.

Amir Ali was born in Meknes, Morocco. Amir Ali est né à Meknès, au Maroc. He studied music there for 8 years. Il a étudié la musique pendant 8 ans.
